Abstracting the Land.

In the midst of an arid desert, modern architecture has made its impact. In the United Arab Emirates, the environment is constantly changing by forces of both man and nature. The concept for Jebel Ali Luxury Villas & Masterplan draws inspiration from the ever-transforming terrain and juxtaposes that notion with modern villas.

Project Details:

Square Footage: 9,000 to 12,000 sq ft per villa

Program: Luxury Villas

Unit Mix: 400 four to seven bedroom villas

From 4 to 7 bedrooms, these villas exude luxury while paying respect to the natural environment. Each villa interacts with the landscape and waterscape dynamically through encasing these elements within, enveloping around landscape, and extending out to engage users into the landscape.
